After a career in management consulting, I decided to shift to social work where I can use my professional health care background and personal experience with illness to help others navigate their health care issues. At CancerCare, I have the opportunity to assist “the whole person” as our services support all aspects of a person’s cancer journey. I feel privileged that clients let me into their lives when they are going through such a life-altering experience. Every day I know I am helping someone, which is extremely rewarding.
